1. Who Is Responsible for This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of mobile applications developed and published by Lars Ghezzi ("I", "me", or "my").

For personal information that I handle directly in connection with the Applications, Lars Ghezzi is the person responsible for that processing. Third-party platforms and service providers may separately process information under their own privacy policies, terms, and legal responsibilities.

2. Applications Covered by This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the following applications:

Not every Application uses every feature or service described below. The exact processing for a particular Application depends on its platform, enabled features, advertising configuration, purchases, game-service integrations, region, and your privacy choices.

4. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The Applications may store information locally so that features work correctly. This can include:

• Game and activity progress, such as completed levels, simulation or career progress, scores, achievements, unlocks, inventory, statistics, session state, and other gameplay information.
• Preferences and settings, such as sound settings, notification preferences, language or display choices, tutorial state, consent-related settings where applicable, and other configuration values.
• Purchase entitlement state, such as whether a premium feature or ad-removal entitlement has been unlocked.
• Local counters and diagnostic state used to operate features, manage gameplay, or troubleshoot local app behavior.

This information may be stored in preferences, local databases, or files in the Application's storage area. I do not operate a general user-account system or developer-operated cloud database for normal game saves in the current Applications covered by this policy.

5. Information That Third-Party Services May Process

When an Application uses an online platform or third-party service, that service may process information needed to provide its function. Depending on the Application, platform, region, consent choices, and service configuration, this may include:

• Device and advertising identifiers, such as an advertising identifier or similar identifier where available and permitted.
• Network information, including Internet Protocol (IP) address and connection-related information required to communicate with online services.
• Advertising activity, such as ad requests, impressions, clicks, interactions, frequency information, and measurement events.
• Device and technical information, such as device type, operating-system version, language, app version, and technical configuration.
• Approximate location inferred by a service from IP address or similar network information. The Applications do not request precise GPS location for normal functionality.
• Crash, diagnostic, security, and performance information where collected by a platform or enabled service.
• Purchase information, such as the product purchased, transaction status, receipt or purchase token, and entitlement status.
• Game-service information, such as platform sign-in status, achievements, leaderboard scores, or platform game-account information made available by Apple Game Center or Google Play Games.

6. Advertising and Consent

Some or all ad-supported versions of the Applications use Google AdMob. AdMob and participating advertising providers may process device identifiers, IP address, device information, advertising interactions, approximate location inferred from network information, and related information to serve, protect, limit, measure, and where permitted personalize advertising.

Whether advertising is personalized depends on factors such as your region, age-related settings, device settings, consent choices, and the Application's advertising configuration.

Where applicable law or advertising-platform rules require consent before particular advertising-related processing, the required consent choice must be obtained before that processing occurs. You may be given controls to accept, reject, or manage advertising choices, and those choices may affect whether personalized, non-personalized, contextual, or limited ads are shown.

Apple App Tracking Transparency

On Apple platforms, if an Application or advertising partner engages in tracking as defined by Apple, the Application uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing the device's advertising identifier or engaging in tracking that requires permission. You can allow or deny this request and later change your choice in the privacy settings provided by iOS or iPadOS.

Denying tracking permission does not block the Application's core gameplay. Advertising may still be displayed, but it may be less personalized and some advertising measurement may be limited.

7. In-App Purchases

Some Applications offer in-app purchases, premium upgrades, or ad-removal products. Purchases are processed by the store through which you obtained the Application, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

I do not receive or store your full payment-card or bank-account details. The Application may receive limited purchase-related information from the platform, such as a product identifier, transaction or purchase status, receipt or purchase token, and entitlement information so that purchased features can be delivered or restored.

Apple and Google process payment and purchase information under their own privacy policies, account settings, store terms, and legal obligations.

8. Notifications

The Applications may use local notifications for features such as reminders, timers, in-game events, or return-to-game prompts. Local notifications are scheduled by the Application on your device.

Where the operating system requires notification permission, the Application requests that permission. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

The current Applications covered by this policy do not rely on a Lars Ghezzi-operated remote push-notification server for their standard notification functionality.

9. Platform Game Services

Some Applications may integrate with Apple Game Center or Google Play Games for features such as platform sign-in, achievements, leaderboards, or similar game functionality.

If you use these features, Apple or Google may process information associated with your platform account and gameplay information submitted to the service. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and account settings.

10. Support Communications

If you contact me by email or another support channel, I may receive information you choose to provide, such as your email address, the contents of your message, screenshots, device or app information you include, and any other information necessary to respond.

I use support communications to answer requests, investigate problems, protect the Applications, and maintain appropriate records. I do not use support messages for unrelated advertising.

11. Permissions

The Applications request device permissions only when needed for a feature or platform requirement. Current versions may request notification permission and, on Apple platforms, tracking permission through ATT.

The current versions covered by this policy do not request precise GPS location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo-library access for ordinary gameplay.

You can revoke previously granted permissions through your device settings. Some features may no longer work as intended if a permission necessary for that feature is disabled.

12. How Information Is Used

Information described in this policy may be used to:

• provide and maintain the Applications and their features;
• store local progress, settings, and entitlements;
• process and restore purchases;
• display and measure advertising;
• provide achievements, leaderboards, and platform game services;
• detect fraud, abuse, invalid traffic, or security problems;
• diagnose technical problems and improve reliability;
• respond to support requests; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

13. Legal Bases Where Applicable

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or another law requires a legal basis for processing, the applicable basis depends on the specific activity and may include:

• Consent, for example where required for tracking, personalized advertising, certain advertising storage/access activities, or protected device permissions.
• Performance of a contract or requested service, for example to provide an Application feature, process or restore a purchase, or provide a service you choose to use.
• Legitimate interests, where permitted, such as protecting the Applications, preventing fraud or abuse, maintaining security, responding to support requests, and improving reliability, balanced against your rights and interests.
• Legal obligations, where processing or retention is necessary to comply with applicable law.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time for future processing using the available consent, app, device, or account controls. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

14. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

I do not sell personal information for money. Information may be processed by or shared with platform and service providers only as needed for the relevant feature or service.

Depending on the Application and platform, these providers may include:

• Google Privacy Policy, including Google Play and related platform services.
• Google AdMob for advertising where enabled.
• Apple Privacy Policy, including the App Store, StoreKit, Game Center, and related Apple services.

These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Some may act as independent controllers or businesses for parts of their processing rather than solely on my instructions.

Depending on the law that applies where you live, certain disclosures to advertising providers may be legally described as "sharing", "targeted advertising", or a similar concept even where no money is paid for personal information. Available choices depend on your region, device, consent settings, and the relevant Application's advertising configuration.

15. International Processing and Transfers

Apple, Google, and other service providers operate internationally. As a result, information processed by those services may be handled in countries other than the country where you live.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the relevant transfer must rely on a legally recognized mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Details of the safeguards used by Apple and Google for their own processing are available in their privacy and legal documentation.

16. Data Retention and Deletion

Data stored locally

Data stored only on your device generally remains there until it is overwritten through normal use, deleted through an available in-app or operating-system function, cleared through platform settings where supported, or removed when you uninstall the Application. Device backups or platform restore features may affect whether some local data reappears after reinstallation.

Third-party data

Information processed by Apple, Google, AdMob, Game Center, Google Play Games, or another third-party service is retained according to that provider's retention rules, account settings, and legal obligations. I generally cannot directly delete information controlled solely by those providers, although you may have deletion or account controls through the relevant provider.

Information held directly by me

If I directly hold personal information about you, for example because you contacted support, I retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received and for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs. You may request access, correction, or deletion using the contact information below.

17. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your device, region, Application, and platform, you may be able to:

• deny or revoke Apple tracking permission;
• manage advertising consent or personalization choices where offered;
• manage notification permission;
• reset or manage advertising identifiers and related device privacy settings;
• sign out of or manage Apple Game Center or Google Play Games through your platform account;
• manage purchase history, subscriptions, or payment information through your Apple or Google account;
• delete local Application data through available in-app or platform controls or by uninstalling the Application; and
• stop future use of an Application by uninstalling it.

Depending on where you live, privacy law may also give you rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or rights relating to certain targeted advertising or data sharing. You may also have the right to complain to a competent privacy or data-protection authority.

Requests concerning personal information held directly by me can be sent using the contact information below. I may need to verify a request before acting on it where appropriate or legally required.

18. Children

The Applications are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without appropriate authorization. In jurisdictions that apply a higher minimum age or additional child-privacy requirements, the applicable rules may be different.

Advertising, consent, and store configuration may be adjusted where an Application or user is subject to child-privacy or age-related requirements. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to me, please contact me so that the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, the information deleted.

19. Sharing Features, Reviews, and External Links

Some Applications can open the device's system share sheet, an App Store or Google Play review prompt, a developer store page, a support page, or another external link. Information you choose to share through another application is handled by the service or application you select. Store reviews and external websites are governed by the applicable platform or website's own privacy terms.

20. Security

I use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information I handle directly. Much of the Applications' ordinary gameplay information is stored locally on your device, where protection also depends on the security of your device and operating system.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

21. App Store and Google Play Privacy Disclosures

Each Application may have platform-specific privacy disclosures, including Apple's App Privacy information and Google Play's Data safety section. Those disclosures are intended to describe the data practices of the specific Application and the SDKs or platform services enabled in that version.

Because features and configurations can differ between Applications and platforms, the store disclosures may not be identical for every Application. I aim to keep those disclosures consistent with the current Application configuration and this Privacy Policy.

22. Privacy Policy Website

This privacy-policy page does not intentionally use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The website hosting provider may still process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser information, request time, and server logs, as necessary to deliver, secure, and operate the webpage under the provider's own terms.

23. Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy when an Application, SDK, advertising setup, platform requirement, legal requirement, or data practice changes. The current version will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be reflected in relevant App Store or Google Play disclosures where required.

This policy is intended to describe the actual privacy practices of the Applications covered above. If an Application's data practices materially change, this policy and the relevant store disclosures should be updated accordingly.
